I'm proud to present the latest HLStats release 1.38

Code:

1.38 (2008-08-04)
*) New: table prefix.
      The installer can configure your table prefix. (default is hlstats_)
      If you don't want to use the installer read the docs first ( Feature request: 1901188)
*) Changed: The installer saves the daemon conf (hlstats.conf) now into the
            installer folder, since the daemon can be seperate from the hlstats.php
*) Changed: The /set commands are now /hls_set and /hls_hideranking
*) Updated: Improved TF2 gamesupport file
*) Updated: Impreoved help page
*) Updated: Installation and other documentation files
*) Fixed: TF2 team codes were wrong. (Bug: 1962361)
*) Fixed: Advanced server view was not saving the data (Bug: 1966096)
*) Fixed: File permission check in installer
*) Fixed: Player actions fix for tfc

Bugs and fixes
Those are bugs which will be fixed in the new version and are easily fixed by your own:
- HLStats 1.38 Award Problem (Unknown column 'hlstatsPlayers.skill' in 'order clause')
- can't start hlstats.pl by using hlstats.sh
- Database Error for Day of Defeat source

is there an updater to keep the konfig if i update from hlstats 1.35 to 1.38?

well this is a bit tricky. Since config files and location of them have changed there is not "easy" way

fist stop hlstats (the hlstats.pl daemon)
then upgrade your database with the following files. upgrade_from_1.35.sql and upgrade_from_1.36.sql file (those are in the upgrade folder)

create a new folder for you new hlstats version.
modify the config files according to the manual install:
http://hlstats-community.org/index.php? ... =admin#req
and use your existing and upgraded hlstats database.
This way to keep the existing data.

reply back if you have any problems.

hmm, well shit, i bricked da DATABASE ... anyway...

We (247cs.eu) like to have 1.38 with chathistory, skill an askill (to read in other Thread).

But until now only 1.38 without the Feature works :-(

hmm, we got an update for this feature, but they seems to be buggy on our Server :-(

moin, mal auf deutsch, Du kansnt ja deutsch ...

Wir hatten 1.35 auf www.247cs.org am laufen. Hier im Forum hab ich nach askill (Private skill abfrage) und Chat History gefragt.

Die entsp. Dateien (update) hat ein Admin Kollege von dem Nutzer erhalten.

Du hattest den Thread ja auch gelesen:

Leider führte das Ergänzen des updates zu ständigen Fehlermeldugnen und beenden der hlstats in den Versionen 1.35, 1.37 und 1.38.

Deshalb laufen gerade bei uns keine Stats ordentlich, -auch doof!

Da wir 2 Server innerhalb der Top20 CS Server in D haben wäre es schon toll wieder skills ordentlich zum laufen zu bekommen :-(

ahh jetzt wird es hell.. ;-)

manchmal verliert man einfach den überblick.

also in der 1.38 ist das nicht enthalten.
In der svn trunk version ist das aber schon dabei.
werde aber nochmals die mail von damals anschauen.

also die trunk version (entwicklungsversion) würde ich im moment nicht als stabil betrachten.

mal sehen ob ich die Änderungen schicken kann. Dann kannste dies auch gleich testen.
Weis aber nicht ob ich das heute noch schaffe.

also wenn du der bist den ich die daten per icq geschickt habe, sollte es eigentlich laufen

denn bei uns läuft es auch und das 1000%ig...

Du hast es "Freitzeitspieler" geschickt, einem unserer Admins.
Der hat es mir weitergeleitet, weil es mein Server ist und ich root
Access habe.

Leider wie erwähnt mit ständig anderen Fehlermeldungen :-(
